Influenced by the Russian Avant-Garde, with artists such as Malevitch, and Italian Futurism, Marc studies Art in Switzeland and in France. Untill the 60's, Robert Marc lives in Paris, and then returns to Bourgogne.
At the begining of the 80's, he begins to sell his works, and have a great success with the national and international galleries.
He is a painter, a drawer, and a printmaker. His style has always been influenced by Russian Avant-Garde and french Cubism, as sais Barry Friedman in his biography of Robert Marc.
